Nuremberg have produced a brilliant performance to start the second half of the Bundesliga season by thumping Hoffenheim 4-0.
The hosts could have scored inside the first minute as Daniel Ginczek found space, but his effort was kept out by the Hoffenheim keeper Koen Casteels.
Both sides were creating chances, but eventually it was Timothy Chandler who opened the scoring for the home team with a fine strike from distance.
It was end-to-end for the rest of the half, but it was the hosts who got the crucial second goal when Josip Drmic stabbed in from close range.
Then just after the restart, Daniel Ginczek was found by Mike Frantz to net from close range, before the points were made secure with a fine finish from Drmic.
