David Dunn has admitted that confidence is high in his Oldham Athletic squad after making steady progress in League One.
The one-time capped England international has drawn six of his eight games in charge of the Latics, with the latest stalemate coming against Rochdale at the weekend.
Oldham remain just two points above the relegation zone, but Dunn insists that each of his players are now singing from the same hymn sheet.
"Why wouldn't you have confidence when you're playing well? There is a real belief now that we're getting in that changing room and it has taken a while to get because of the performances and results before we came in," he told BBC Sport.
"Now that is not saying I'm a miracle worker here, not for one minute, the lads always had a little bit in them."
Oldham face Burton Albion in their next league outing in five days' time.
