Lorenzo Insigne will partner Edinson Cavani in attack for Napoli's Serie A opener at Palermo.

Lorenzo Insigne has been given a starting role for Napoli's trip to Palermo in Serie A.

The 21-year-old will partner Edinson Cavani in attack, while Marek Hamsik also starts in midfield.

Goran Pandev, Andrea Dossena and Juan Camilo Zuniga are all missing through suspension.

Steven Von Bergen will make his debut in defence for the Sicilian side, with Fabrizio Miccoli and Abel Hernandez leading the line.

Palermo: Ujkani; Cetto, Von Bergen, Munoz; Pisano, Barreto, Donati, Brienza, Bertolo; Hernandez, Miccoli
