Peru manager Pablo Bengoechea has claimed that England's young players will not surprise teams at this summer's World Cup.
Ahead of the friendly between the two sides at Wembley on Friday, Begoechea insisted that Roy Hodgson will struggle to shock anyone at the tournament next month despite putting faith in a number of younger players.
"In South America there is coverage of the Premier League during the week and certainly every weekend so we are very much aware of those players," the 49-year-old told reporters.
"I know the England manager has freshened up the squad with some new faces in comparison to the players who got England to the World Cup.
"I think whoever lines up for England in those group stage games against Costa Rica, Italy and Uruguay - I think those opponents will be very clued up about England's team."
Friday's match is Bengoechea's first in charge of Peru.
