Pescara coach Cristiano Bergodi has insisted that his side will "not give up" in the battle against relegation after slipping into the bottom three.
Bergodi, whose side have lost four on the bounce in Serie A, said that his players must change their approach in the upcoming games against Palermo and Cagliari.
"People have already written us off, but I do not give up - the club means too much," Bergodi told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Since my arrival there have been improvements, we demonstrated that we can fight. We must all work in that spirit. We have to believe it.
"Palermo and Cagliari are big games, it is true, but I will try to calm the team and not give up. Returning to the relegation zone means we will change our attitude."
Pescara lost to Bologna at the weekend.
