Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson has revealed that striker Lee Tomlin would demand a transfer fee in the region of £12m.
Tomlin has been linked with a move away from London Road after the club were relegated to League One, but Ferguson has insisted that the 24-year-old will remain as a key figure in his side.
The 41-year-old told Sky Sports News: "There's been speculation over Lee Tomlin. Lee Tomlin is the chairman's favourite player, he isn't going nowhere unless someone wants to give us £12m. That's up to them but that's the sort of cost we'll be asking for.
"The chairman loves him, I love him as a player, he's maturing as a player and there's always going to be speculation. That's one thing we've always had and we've dealt with it fine so I don't see anyone going anywhere."
Tomlin has netted 27 times in 116 league games for Peterborough.
