Poland striker Robert Lewandowski has admitted his disappointment that his side are not top of the World Cup qualifying group.
The Poles are just three points behind England in World Cup qualifying Group H.
The Borussia Dortmund man believes that recent draws, caused by missed chances, have robbed Poland of the chance to top the group.
"Looking at the ability we have, we haven't picked up enough points from certain games," Lewandowski told FIFA.com.
"For example, the draws against Montenegro and Moldova.
"We had a lot of chances and if we'd made the most of them we'd have four more points than we do now. That would put us top of the table."
Poland face Ukraine tomorrow evening.
