Portugal striker Helder Postiga is expected to miss his side's Euro 2012 semi-final after picking up a suspected hamstring injury in Thursday's win over the Czech Republic.
The 29-year-old was stretchered off after he went down clutching the back of his right leg during the 1-0 victory in Warsaw.
"We are going to do all we can to ensure we get him [Postiga] back for the final," said team doctor Henrique Jones.
The Portuguese will take on either Spain or France for a place in next month's final.
