Portuguese legend Eusebio has returned to hospital, just days after being discharged following treatment for double pneumonia.
The Hospital da Luz in Lisbon have revealed that the 69-year-old was readmitted to hospital late last night with "neck pain".
Eusebio left hospital on Saturday after almost two weeks under medical supervision, including time in intensive care.
In a career which spanned across eight clubs, Eusebio also scored 41 goals for the Portugal national team.
