Robbie Keane has revealed that he is hopeful of making a decision on his next move before the end of the January transfer window.
Keane is a free agent after leaving Los Angeles Galaxy, and the Republic of Ireland legend has received offers from England, Australia and the United States.
However, Keane has admitted that he is likely to join a team in the United Kingdom within the next seven days.
The 36-year-old told Soccer AM: "It's looking likely that it is probably going to be the UK. As I said before, I will look to make a decision at the end of next week.
"I had a little injury but now I feel fit, feel healthy, and ready to hopefully score a few goals."
Preston North End are currently favourites to sign Keane, while Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Paul Lambert has ruled out a return for the former Molineux forward.
