Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc has said that his players deserve to be congratulated following their efficient 4-0 victory away at Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The Parisians grabbed four away goals in the encounter, with Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic starring with two impressive goals on the night.
"I think we saw the Paris from the first half of the season that had the desire to construct, be clinical, things that we had lost a little bit," Blanc said after the game.
"Tonight we were clinical while also maintaining our philosophy. After the match against Valenciennes, the players prepared well for this game.
"They applied themselves well and they deserve to be congratulated."
PSG currently top the Ligue 1 table on 58 points.
