Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Mohamed Sissoko has praised the "fantastic" atmosphere at the French club.
The 27-year-old joined PSG in March 2011 after recovering from knee surgery, and has praised the club's form this season.
"I've played for big clubs before. I've seen great managers and great players come and go. Here in Paris, it's fantastic; the whole team has grown a lot recently," Sissoko told Ligue1.com.
"When there's a lot of competition for places, you tend to sit back less. Every position is hotly contested, be it defence, midfield or attack, and I firmly believe this is a good thing for the squad. I'm relishing the competition."
PSG currently sit second in Ligue 1.
