Adrien Rabiot could reportedly sign a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain despite widely being tipped to leave the French champions on a free transfer at the end of this month.
Rabiot, who will see his current deal with the capital giants expire on June 30, has not played for PSG since December after refusing to pen a fresh deal with the club.
Manchester United and Arsenal have been strongly linked with the midfielder in recent weeks.
However, according to ESPN, the imminent return of Leonardo as sporting director means that Rabiot could now decide to stay with the French champions.
The report claims that Leonardo - who has a strong relationship with Rabiot - will replace Antonio Henrique in the coming days, potentially leading to talks over a new deal.
The Frenchman has made 227 appearances during his time with the French giants, winning five Ligue 1 titles in the process.
