Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has clarified his comments about the future of David Beckham, claiming that "nothing has been decided yet".
Earlier the Brazilian had told Canal Plus that a deal has been struck between PSG and the 37-year-old for the midfielder to remain at the club next season.
"He will stay, it's done," he said. "I think Beckham is a special case. He will be 38 soon, and it is up to him to decide on his future. He has his life, his family to think about."
However, Leonardo has now backtracked on his comments and insists that nothing is set in stone.
"If he wants to stay, he will stay," he told L'Equipe. "But nothing has been decided yet."
Beckham joined PSG on a five-month contract in January as a free agent.
