Queens Park Rangers chief executive Philip Beard has insisted that everybody connected with the club is keen to reverse their recent fortunes.
The R's are winless this season and are bottom of the Premier League, which in turn has resulted in speculation that manager Mark Hughes will be sacked over the coming days.
However, outside of the club's training ground this afternoon, Beard told Sky Sports News that Hughes and his team are "working hard" to get their campaign on track.
"I spend a lot of time at the training ground," he said. "We're working hard and we want to turn it around. We want to do that because that is important for the fans."
Next up for QPR is a trip to Manchester United on Saturday afternoon.
