Queens Park Rangers have reportedly been sent a bullet in a letter addressed to Anton Ferdinand.
It is believed that the bullet arrived at the West London club this morning in a package intended for the 26-year-old centre-back, according to Sky Sports News.
It is understood that the Metropolitan Police have been notified and will be investigating the incident.
The sent bullet has come a day before QPR face Chelsea in the FA Cup fourth round at Loftus Road, which will be the first meeting between the two sides since Blues captain John Terry was charged with racially abusing Anton Ferdinand in October.
