Queens Park Rangers have reportedly given Anton Ferdinand permission to discuss terms with Bursaspor over a loan move to Turkey.
The brother of Manchester United defender Rio joined the R's from Sunderland 18 months ago and has gone on to make 49 appearances.
However, he has fallen out of favour with new manager Harry Redknapp and has not started a Premier League fixture since Boxing Day.
As a result, Turkish outfit Bursaspor have approached QPR to hold talks with the 27-year-old, which has been granted by the Londoners, according to Sky Sports News.
The report has claimed that QPR may block the move though if they fail to sign South Korean Yun Suk-Young.
