Blackburn Rovers have reportedly made a £4m bid for Queens Park Rangers midfielder Luke Freeman.
The 26-year-old joined the R's from Bristol City in January 2017 and has gone on to score seven goals from 62 Championship appearances for the Hoops.
A recent report in the Evening Standard claimed that QPR were willing to part company with Freeman should any club be willing to pay £3m for the former Stevenage man.
Although talks between the West Londoners and Middlesbrough are believed to have collapsed, Sky Sports News has now claimed that Blackburn have stepped in with an offer.
QPR were handed a transfer ban for breaking Financial Fair Play rules last month, but the sanction will not come into effect until January.
