Striker Guilherme Dellatorre has returned to parent club Atletico Paranaense after failing to make a single appearance during a loan spell with Queens Park Rangers.
Dellatorre had been signed during the January transfer window, but a two-month spell on the sidelines due to injury hampered his chances of breaking into the starting lineup at Loftus Road.
Agent Augusto Nogueira told Globo Esporte: "He is returning from London now and on June 12, he will present himself at Atletico Paranaense.
"Dellatorre didn't have the chance to play because he had a muscle injury and had to stop for two months. The club decided not to buy him, so he is returning to his club Atletico Paranaense."
