Queens Park Rangers could move for Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar.

New Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Hughes could move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Niko Kranjcar, according to The Sun.

The Croatian is currently on the fringes of the Spurs squad and is keen to secure regular football ahead of Euro 2012 this summer.

Hughes, who has been handed a significant budget to improve the squad, apparently sees the 27-year-old as the ideal player to boost his team's relegation battle.

Kranjcar has 66 Croatian caps to his name, scoring 15 goals.
