Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has insisted that any January bids for striker Charlie Austin will be rejected.
The 25-year-old has scored 11 goals this season, including a hat-trick against West Bromwich Albion in QPR's 3-2 win at Loftus Road on Saturday.
Redknapp is adamant that Austin, who has 18 months remaining on his current contract, will be going nowhere when the transfer window opens next month.
"If we sold Charlie Austin we might as well go home," Redknapp told BBC Sport.
"We need Charlie to keep doing what he's doing and he can't afford to take his foot off the gas. His target would be around 20 goals now."
Austin joined QPR from Burnley in the summer of 2013.
