Rangers manager Ally McCoist has been handed a suspended three-match touchline ban by the Scottish Football Association.
McCoist was found guilty of two of three charges by an SFA fast track tribunal in relation to comments about their judicial panel.
The ban is suspended for 12 months and will not affect McCoist unless he is found guilty of a further offence in the next year.
Rangers chairman Charles Green also received a censure for claiming that "bigotry" was the reason the club were denied re-entry to the Scottish Premier League this summer.
