Rangers' administrators have decided to postpone releasing a statement regarding redundancies at the Scottish club.
London firm Duff and Phelps have suggested that a number of staff members, including players, will be let go from the SPL champions following the club's drop into administration.
An announcement was due to be made today but it is understood that the administrators have decided to put off the statement as they continue to work through the club's financial woes, according to Sky Sports News.
A number of players have aired their fears of losing their jobs, with Liverpool midfielder Charlie Adam recently revealing that his brother, Grant, who is a reserve goalkeeper at Ibrox, is in danger of being made redundant.
Rangers boss Ally McCoist claimed earlier this week that he is in the dark over potential cuts.
