Mark Warburton has said that Rangers must stay focused throughout the Scottish Championship season.
Rangers meet second-placed Falkirk this afternoon and will move 12 points clear at the top of the table with a win.
"It's a big game against Falkirk because they are the nearest team to us so we want a big performance. Someone said if you win on Saturday you've won the league. That's absolute nonsense. Complacency is the biggest weapon against us, that's our biggest danger," Warburton told reporters.
"If we just focus on putting in a good performance we can be 11 or 12 points clear with Falkirk and Hibs to play each other but we must retain our focus.
"Talk of winning the title in February is disrespectful to other teams. There are a lot of tough games and tough venues coming up in winter. It's all well and good in August but the middle of February is a different proposition."
Rangers continued their 100% record in the Scottish Championship with a 4-0 win against Greenock Morton last weekend.
