Rangers have comfortably beaten fellow Scottish League One side Dunfermline Athletic 4-0 to cruise into the Scottish Cup quarter-final.
The first chance of the tie fell to Dean Shiels, who connected well with a half-volley, though Ryan Scully had a straightforward save to make.
Soon after Shiels did have the ball in the back of the net, as Dunfermline failed to clear David Templeton's back-heel after the winger beat a couple of defenders, and Shiels took full advantage to fire home.
The Northern Irishman almost added a second moments later, though Scully rushed off his line to deny the attacking player following a Rangers break to keep the scoreline at 1-0.
He did get his second of the night on the 24-minute mark, however, tapping in from close-range after Jon Daly's headed effort fell to his feet following Scully's save.
Templeton added the Gers' third before half time, cutting in from the left before drilling past Scully to all but end the tie before the interval.
To make sure of matters, Shiels completed his hat-trick moments after the restart, once again tapping home from just a few yards out after the ball broke loose.
Ian Black nearly rounded off the scoring with 10 minutes remaining, but his long-range effort came back off the crossbar to keep the score at 4-0.
