Southampton have agreed terms with Rangers for the acquisition of their Scottish midfielder Steven Davis.
The 27-year-old agreed a three-year deal with the Saints at the beginning of July, however, problems regarding Davis's contract placed the move into doubt.
According to Sky Sports News, the two parties have now agreed a fee of £800,000 for the former Aston Villa midfielder, and he will complete his move next week.
Davis made 39 appearances for Rangers last season.
