A man has been arrested on suspicion of racially abusing Reading midfielder Garath McCleary during their FA Cup quarter-final win over Bradford City on Monday evening.
McCleary set up Hal Robson-Kanu's opener before scoring the second goal after nine minutes in the 3-0 victory.
The 27-year-old Jamaica international was in the process of taking a corner just before half time when the incident is thought to have taken place in front of the Bradford fans at the Madejski Stadium.
Police have confirmed that a 36-year-old man from Bradford was arrested.
He has been bailed until April 16, pending further inquiries.
