Former Real Madrid boss Vicente del Bosque has insisted that no Liverpool players would make it into the Los Blancos XI.
Reigning European champions Madrid will take on Liverpool in the Champions League final in Kiev on Saturday night.
Mohamed Salah has scored 44 goals during a remarkable campaign for the English club, but Del Bosque has claimed that no Liverpool players would make the Madrid team, and has backed the Spanish outfit to win 4-1 this weekend.
"Real Madrid have a great squad, and it's the best club in Europe right now," Del Bosque told COPE."They have to ratify that on Saturday. Real Madrid will beat Liverpool 4-1.
"I cannot find a single Liverpool player that improves Real Madrid, [not even] Salah. [Gareth] Bale and [Karim] Benzema are very good. Benzema is a great player too, sometimes [he can go] cold, but he has given an extraordinary performance, and Cristiano Ronaldo makes them all better."
Madrid are bidding to win the European Cup for the third year in succession.
