Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has admitted that the season will go down as a failure if his side cannot beat local rivals Atletico Madrid in Friday night's Copa del Rey final.
Jose Mourinho's team were comfortably beaten to the La Liga title by Barcelona and, having also been knocked out of the Champions League, the Del Rey final represents their last chance of silverware this term.
"Realistically, if we lose tomorrow, it'll be a failure in terms of titles, but football is a game and anything can happen," Marca quotes Ramos as saying.
"It isn't a case of saving our season with one title. It's about ending it on a high. There are many ways to lose. I could accept losing if we did so playing as we did against Borussia.
"However, I don't want to be a pessimist, that's the last thing I want to transmit."
The game kicks off at 8.30pm.
