:Headline: Real Madrid team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Levante: ID:370906: from db_amp
Sports Mole rounds up Real Madrid's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's La Liga showdown with Levante.

Real Madrid host Levante in their first game following the international break having taken only five points from their opening three La Liga fixtures.

Zinedine Zidane's side were held to a draw last time out against Villarreal and they have since seen summer signing Luka Jovic aggravate an existing injury while playing for Serbia.

With the first round of Champions League games looming, Real will be looking to register another win against a Levante side currently fourth in the table after winning their last two games.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Madrid's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the match against Levante.

Marco Asensio

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Spain winger Asensio ruptured knee ligaments in a pre-season friendly back in July and he is not expected to be back in first-team action until at least March 2020.

Eden Hazard

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: September 22 (vs. Sevilla)

Former Chelsea star Hazard is yet to make his competitive debut for Madrid after picking up a thigh injury just before the start of the campaign.

Rodrygo Goes

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: September 14 (vs. Levante)

The 18-year-old Brazilian was linked with a move away from the club throughout the summer but he could be in contention for a spot in the first team after returning to training.

James Rodriguez

Status: Out
Type of injury: Calf
Possible return date: September 22 (vs. Sevilla)

The Colombian international picked up a calf problem in Madrid's 1-1 draw with Valladolid last month and he is expected to be out for at least another week.

Brahim Diaz

Status: Out
Type of injury: Groin
Possible return date: September 14 (vs. Levante)

Diaz suffered a groin injury in mid-August but he could be fit enough for a place on the bench for Real's second home league game of the season.

Isco

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: September 22 (vs. Sevilla)

Isco joined Madrid's growing injury list late last month after picking up a hamstring strain in training and he is not expected to be available until next weekend's trip to Sevilla.

Luka Jovic

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hip
Possible return date: Unknown

The Serbian striker, a £53m summer addition from Eintracht Frankfurt, hobbled off while playing for Serbia on Saturday and it is not yet clear how much time he will miss.

REAL MADRID'S SUSPENSION LIST

Gareth Bale

Return date: September 18 (vs. Paris Saint-Germain)

Gareth Bale will miss the fixture at the Santiago Bernabeu after being sent off in Madrid's last game with Villarreal.
