Alaves vs. Almeria (Sunday, 1.00pm)
Almeria's search for their first La Liga victory of the season will continue on Sunday afternoon when they make the trip to fellow strugglers Alaves.
The visitors have only picked up three points from their opening 11 matches of the campaign, which has left them rock bottom of the table, while Alaves are 17th on nine points from their first 11 games.
We say: Alaves 1-1 Almeria
These two teams are well-matched on paper, and we are expecting a tight match on Sunday. Almeria have lost their last four La Liga matches on the road, but we have a feeling that they will be good enough for a point this weekend, as Alaves have also had issues winning matches this season.

Valencia vs. Granada (Sunday, 3.15pm)
Valencia will be aiming to stretch their unbeaten run in all competitions to five matches when they welcome Granada in Spain's top flight on Sunday afternoon.
Los Che will enter the contest off the back of a 2-0 victory over UD Logrones in the Copa del Rey, while Granada also progressed in the cup competition last time out with a 3-0 success at Arosa.
We say: Valencia 2-1 Granada
Granada have not had too many problems finding the back of the net this season, scoring 17 times, with only six sides scoring more in La Liga in 2023-24. Lopez's side are conceding at an alarming rate, though, and we are expecting an in-form Valencia to shade this contest.

Villarreal vs. Athletic Bilbao (Sunday, 5.30pm)
One of the standout matches in La Liga this weekend will take place at Estadio de la Ceramica on Sunday evening, with Villarreal welcoming Athletic Bilbao.
Both of these sides were in Copa del Rey action during the week, with Villarreal beating Chiclana 5-0 in the first round of the competition, while Athletic also advanced to round two with a 2-1 win over Rubi.
We say: Villarreal 1-1 Athletic Bilbao
Five of the last nine La Liga meetings between these two teams have finished level, and we are expecting the points to be shared once again this weekend. Villarreal have shown improvement in recent weeks, but Athletic are a strong side, and the two teams could play out a low-scoring draw here.

Real Madrid vs. Rayo Vallecano (Sunday, 8.00pm)
Real Madrid will be bidding to continue their strong start to the campaign when they welcome Rayo Vallecano to Bernabeu in La Liga on Sunday night.
Los Blancos were 2-1 winners over Barcelona in El Clasico last weekend, with the result leaving them at the top of the table on 28 points, while Rayo sit in eighth position on 17 points.
We say: Real Madrid 2-1 Rayo Vallecano
Rayo are a tricky team to beat, and this is unlikely to be a straightforward match for Real Madrid. The hosts were excellent in the second half against Barcelona, though, and we are expecting them to navigate their way to another three points in Spain's top flight.
