Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has insisted that his side will not suffer from over-confidence in the weeks ahead.
Los Blancos lost two of their first three league games of the season, but have won their last seven in La Liga to top the table.
In all competitions, meanwhile, Real Madrid are on an 11-match unbeaten run.
"I don't fear this. The team gives me great confidence and we are playing with concentration. We did well against Granada and now we think of Liverpool. The players know better than I do that every game is a test," he told AS.
"In every game you can improve or do worse. The run gives us confidence and nothing else. It might happen that we lose a game but the team is as professional as can be.
"I like to talk about the team, not individual players. We have great players of world football and within the group everyone knows how important each player is. We're playing well and we're very focused on our game."
Real Madrid welcome Liverpool to the Bernabeu in the Champions League on Tuesday two weeks after beating the English side 3-0 at Anfield.
