Real Madrid midfielder Kaka has said that the team is looking to make a quick return to the top of the La Liga table.
Los Blancos, who take on Sevilla this weekend, are currently second after last Saturday's 3-1 El Clasico defeat to Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu.
"We are going to Sevilla eager to take back top place in the table," Kaka told AS.
Meanwhile, Barcelona's participation in the FIFA World Club Cup in Japan means that they will resume domestic duties in the New Year.
