Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas has vowed to make the most of any opportunities that he receives this season.
The Costa Rican joined Los Blancos from Levante in the summer, but has thus far struggled for regular football at his new club.
Navas started Saturday's 5-1 win over Rayo Vallecano, however, and has claimed that he felt "calm" at the Bernabeu.
"I felt good in goal, calm. I'm getting up to speed. I have to seize every minute I'm given," he told AS.
"The season is long and I won't give up, so I train at 100%.
"Hopefully I make the most of matches with the national team and return to Madrid with the same desire."
Iker Casillas has regained the number one spot at Madrid this season.
