AC Milan coach Masimilliano Allegri will attempt to sign two players from La Liga during the January transfer window, according to a report in Il Milanista.
The players that Allegri has identified to bolster his squad are Barcelona full-back Maxwell and Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira.
Brazilian Maxwell, who joined Barca in 2009 from Inter Milan, has struggled for regular action at the Nou Camp with Eric Abidal and Adriano ahead of him in the pecking order.
Meanwhile, German international Khedira is reportedly unhappy in Spain after coach Jose Mourinho publicly criticised him following his red card against Levante earlier this season.
The reports claims that Maxwell could be available on a free transfer, while Khedira would cost £10m.
