Bayern Munich have dismissed speculation suggesting that the club have a deal in place to sign Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira next summer.
Khedira's current deal with Madrid expires at the end of the season, and reports claimed that Bayern had won the race to persuade the German to sign a pre-contract agreement.
However, the Bundesliga champions have moved swiftly to distance themselves from the reports linking the club with a move for the 27-year-old.
"There is absolutely nothing in this story," Bayern's media director Markus Horwick is quoted as saying by Bild.
Khedira has also been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal in recent weeks.
