Brahim Diaz may reportedly spend the second half of the season away from Real Madrid as the Spanish club are seeking a temporary home for the midfielder.
Los Blancos reached an agreement with Manchester City to sign Diaz in a £15.5m deal three weeks ago.
The 19-year-old is under contract with Madrid until 2025 and has appeared three times already since arriving from the Citizens, totalling 24 minutes of playing time from the bench.
Santiago Solari has left the youngster out of his squad for Madrid's last two matches, however, and Marca reports that a loan move is on the cards.
Diaz is said to be more of a long-term option for Solari, with the likes of Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio, Lucas Vazquez and Vinicius Junior ahead of him in the pecking order.
The Man City academy product is believed to be content with going out on loan, but the European champions are running out of time to find a suitable club for him to join.
