Real Madrid will reportedly battle Barcelona for the signature of Adrien Rabiot.
Los Blancos and the Blaugrana are thought to retain an interest in the French midfielder, despite him recently signing for Juventus on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.
Both La Liga giants had initially set their sights on Marco Verratti, but PSG appear unwilling to part with their star Italian, whom Barca see as a perfect replacement for Sergio Busquets.
As a result, both have turned their attention elsewhere and have settled on Rabiot, according to reports in Spain.
The Frenchman's game time in Turin has been limited so far, making just two Serie A starts to date, and Barca believe they have a strong negotiating chip in Ivan Rakitic.
Real remain in the hunt, but also have other targets, including Paul Pogba and Donny van de Beek.
