Real Madrid have reportedly opted to re-sign Lucas Vazquez this summer.
The winger left the Bernabeu 12 months ago for Espanyol on a season-long loan agreement, which was turned into a permanent move at the end of the campaign.
However, Madrid negotiated a buy-back clause into the deal and they have now decided to exercise that option, according to Marca.
It has been suggested that Los Blancos would have to pay around £1m to secure Vazquez's services for a second time.
The 23-year-old scored four goals during his 39 appearances for Espanyol in all competitions last season.
