Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has insisted that Luka Modric will remain at the club this summer unless his full valuation is met.
The 26-year-old Croatia international midfielder has reportedly attracted interest from a number of European clubs this summer, however La Liga champions Real Madrid are the clear favourites to land his signature.
"There has been continuous interest from three different clubs. But it's important for Tottenham to hold onto their rights," explained Villas-Boas.
"His situation will continue as it is until the price is right. Luka is an intelligent person and understands the club has to defend his value their values, rights and interests.
"But the offer has not been met to what the chairman wants. If that is met there won't be any problems."
It is believed that Spurs are holding out for a fee in the region of £35m.
