Former Spain striker Raul has admitted that he would consider dropping Iker Casillas following the Real Madrid goalkeeper's performance in La Roja's 5-1 defeat to Netherlands.
The veteran stopper has been widely criticised following the World Cup Group B clash last Friday, and Raul has claimed that he would make a change if David de Gea had not picked up an injury.
"Spain have problems aplenty. Casillas had a terrible day against the Dutch," Casillas wrote in a column in The Times of India.
"Vicente del Bosque has no choice but to play him again as second goalkeeper David de Gea has injured himself in training and will be out for at least a week.
"That leaves Del Bosque with a choice between Pepe Reina and his captain. I think Casillas will be preferred again."
Spain face Chile this evening.
