Real Sociedad defender Carlos Martinez has admitted that the team's performances need to improve this season.
However, the centre-back, whose side have won just once in the league this season, has insisted that there is "no urgency".
"There is no urgency, but we need a win to change the dynamic. If we can win a game, all those negatives will become positive and the team can start to continue to win games. We need to win to change things - it is not urgent, but necessary for all," he told reporters at a press conference.
"We are not winning at the moment, but we have not been bad, we have lost many games in the last minute and have had the feeling of being there and not being able to win. But we have not been a 'horror'.
"It is said that when you are losing that the international break is longer, but I believe that the team has been good. Some have had to leave for their national teams, but those who have stayed have rested and trained well here. We have had a week off and are full of energy to start again on Saturday."
Sociedad face Valencia at the Mestalla on Saturday.
