Los Angeles Galaxy striker Robbie Keane has revealed that he could be out for up to six weeks following an adductor muscle injury.
The 31-year-old was forced to miss the Republic of Ireland's Euro 2012 qualifier against Armenia on Tuesday and he could now be sidelined for their two-legged playoff against Estonia.
"It's a four-to-six week injury, but I'll have a scan and we'll know more in 10 days. It's a muscle injury not just pain," said Keane. "I would love to play in the Euros and I'll do everything I can - the lads will as well."
The first leg will be played on November 11 or 12, followed by the second on November 15.
