The Republic of Ireland will welcome Euro 2012 co-hosts Poland to the Aviva Stadium on Wednesday night looking to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat to Greece last time out in November.
Coach Giovanni Trapattoni has a couple of injury problems ahead of the clash, with Norwich City midfielder Anthony Pilkington and Aiden McGeady both ruled out.
All-time leading goalscorer Robbie Keane has also not been included because the MLS is currently on a pre-season break, meaning that he has not featured for LA Galaxy for a number of weeks.
However, the likes of Jonathan Walters, Shane Long and Keiren Westwood have all been tipped to feature.
Meanwhile, visiting Poland coach Waldemar Fornalik has named three uncapped players in his squad in the form of Jakub Slowik, Lukasz Teodorczyk, and 17-year-old Mariusz Stepinski.
This will be the first two times that these two nations have met since 2008 when Poland ran out 3-2 winners.
