Republic of Ireland are facing an injury crisis ahead of Tuesday's must-win World Cup qualifier against Austria.
Three members of Giovanni Trapattoni's squad picked up injuries during last night's 2-1 defeat to Sweden in Dublin.
Jonathan Walters, Glenn Whelan and Simon Cox all took knocks during the game, which could see them sidelined for the Austria clash.
"Obviously, we need to beat Austria. Until the table says we are completely out, we must think we can do it," Sky Sports News quotes Trapattoni as saying.
"I must continue because there are another three games and in three games, anything can happen. We have an opportunity to continue this and we have to believe, also the team and dream."
Friday's defeat leaves Ireland in fourth place in Group C, level on points with Austria above them.
