Manchester City have secured the services of Chilean midfielder David Pizarro on loan until the end of the season.
The 32-year-old was in Manchester for talks earlier today and has now joined City from Italian giants Roma on a short-term deal.
Pizarro's arrival at the Etihad Stadium sees him link up with former boss Roberto Mancini, with whom he won the Serie A title in 2006 while playing for Inter Milan.
"We took David Pizzaro on loan. He is a good midfielder, he has experience and I know him very well. I hope he can help us out," said Mancini.
Pizarro made seven appearances for Roma this term before his switch to the Premier League.
