Rotherham United have released a statement denying reports that they have made a move for Hearts manager Robbie Neilson.
It was claimed in the media on Wednesday that the Championship outfit were keen on recruiting Neilson, who has been in charge of Hearts since 2014.
The Millers are looking for a new boss following Kenny Jackett's resignation on Monday - just 39 days after he was hired by the club.
Neilson has already been approached by League One club MK Dons, and it is believed that the Scotsman has decided to take on the job.
However, Rotherham have dismissed suggestions that they were in the running by stating on their official website: "Following media reports this morning, Rotherham United can confirm that the club has not sought or made any approach to Heart of Midlothian FC for manager Robbie Neilson."
It has been reported that Neilson will leave Hearts after tonight's clash against Rangers.
