Scunthorpe United boss Russ Wilcox heaped praise upon his players after he became the first ever Football League manager to remain unbeaten in his first 24 games in charge.
The Iron's remarkable run continued on Saturday with a 0-0 home draw against Wycombe Wanderers - a result that leaves them just two points behind leaders Rochdale in the League Two table.
"I have an amazing group of players here," Wilcox told reporters. "They are the best group I have worked with - and I have been around a bit, with 15 different clubs in all.
"The fans should be proud of what these players have done and hopefully we will go on and achieve what has been our aim all season and win promotion."
Wilcox has so far guided Scunthorpe to 12 wins and 12 draws.
