A hat trick from David Estrada's has earned Seattle Sounders a 3-1 win in their opening MLS game of the season against Toronto FC.
The 24-year-old Mexican opened the scoring after 17 minutes and then doubled the lead six minutes into the second half with a sweeping strike from a Marc Burch pass.
Toronto pulled a goal back just after the hour-mark through a stunning Ryan Johnson long-range effort.
The visitors' hope lasted less than 60 seconds though, as Alvaro Fernandez played in Estrada to seal the win.
German international Torsten Frings had limped off midway through the first half for Toronto.
