A 2-2 draw on the night has given Atletico Madrid a 4-3 aggregate victory over Sevilla in the Copa del Rey semi-finals.
Diego Costa and Radamel Falcao were both on the scoresheet for the visitors at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan as they booked their place in the final against local rivals Real Madrid.
The visitors struck early as Costa fired in a low shot past Beto with six minutes on the clock.
They took further control of the contest with half an hour played when Falcao emphatically converted Costa's cross.
Sevilla gave themselves some hope before the break through Jesus Navas's curled finish, but they were reduced to 10 men on 78 minutes when Gary Medel picked up his second yellow card of the evening.
Ivan Rakitic found the bottom corner late on to restore some pride for the hosts before they ended the game with nine men following Geoffrey Kondogbia's straight red card for a kick-out at Costa.
